Terms of Sale

Preamble

These Terms of Sale (hereinafter "Terms") govern the contractual relationship between YNAPMOC TERCES EHT LLP, a Limited Liability Partnership under English law with its registered office at 27 Old Gloucester Street, Holborn, London, England, WC1N 3AX, United Kingdom (hereinafter "Get Known" or "the Provider"), and any natural or legal person (hereinafter "the Client") purchasing one of the services offered on the website getknownapp.co.

Article 1. Definitions

Services: organic growth services for Instagram accounts provided by Get Known, including any associated complementary services (notably the automated welcome DM).

Client: any natural or legal person subscribing to a Service. The Client may be a consumer (B2C) or a professional (B2B).

Client Area: interface available at app.getknownapp.co allowing the Client to track their mission and manage their subscription.

Article 2. Purpose

These Terms set out the conditions under which Get Known provides its Services to the Client.

Article 3. Acceptance of the Terms

The Client acknowledges having read these Terms prior to subscribing. By proceeding to payment, the Client accepts without reservation all of the Terms in force at the date of their order.

Article 4. Description of the Services

4.1 Main offer: Instagram growth

Get Known offers an organic Instagram growth service in 3 plans:

These plans include daily engagement on the target Instagram accounts provided by the Client (likes, follows, interactions) to attract qualified traffic to their account. The exact number of actions performed per day depends on Instagram's limits at any given time.

4.2 Complementary service: welcome DM

A complementary automated welcome DM service is offered at €49 incl. VAT per month, with no commitment. This service automatically sends a personalised message to new followers of the Client's Instagram account.

4.3 Obligation of means

Get Known undertakes to provide the Services with due care and in accordance with industry standards. The Services constitute an obligation of means, not an obligation of result. Get Known cannot guarantee a precise number of followers gained, as Instagram's algorithm and the behaviour of targeted users are independent of the Provider's control.

Article 5. Pricing and Payment

5.1 Pricing

Prices are displayed in euros (€), incl. VAT, on the sales page. Get Known reserves the right to change its prices at any time, it being understood that current Services will be billed at the rate applicable on the day of subscription.

5.2 Payment

Payment is made exclusively online, by credit card, through the payment provider Stripe (stripe.com). Get Known does not store any banking information.

The subscription is charged monthly, on the anniversary date of the subscription, until the end of the chosen commitment period (3, 6 or 12 months). After this period, the subscription automatically renews unless cancelled by the Client.

Article 6. Subscription Term and Cancellation

6.1 Commitment period

The subscription to the main offer is for a firm duration corresponding to the chosen plan (3, 6 or 12 months). The Client cannot cancel the subscription before the end of the commitment period.

6.2 Cancellation at the end of the commitment

At the end of the initial commitment period, the Client may cancel the subscription at any time from their Client Area ("Manage my subscription" button) or by email to hello@getknownapp.co. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current month.

6.3 Cancellation of the welcome DM complementary service

The welcome DM complementary service has no commitment and can be cancelled at any time from the Client Area.

Article 7. Right of Withdrawal

Important information for consumers (B2C):

Under articles L221-18 and following of the French Consumer Code, the Client consumer has in principle a 14-day cooling-off period from the conclusion of the contract to exercise their right of withdrawal.

However, under article L221-28 1° of the French Consumer Code, the Client may expressly waive this right by requesting immediate execution of the Service before the end of the withdrawal period. At the time of order, the Client checks a dedicated box by which they:

  1. Request the immediate provision of the Service;
  2. Expressly waive their right of withdrawal once the Service has been fully performed.

Without this waiver, the Client may withdraw within 14 days by sending an email to hello@getknownapp.co. A pro-rata refund for unprovided Services will be made within 14 days.

Article 8. Personal Data

Personal data processing is detailed in the Privacy Policy. The Client expressly authorises Get Known to access their Instagram account in order to provide the Service.

Neither party shall be liable for any breach of its obligations under these Terms caused by an event of force majeure as defined by French case law.

Article 11. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by French law for services intended for French clients and by English law for matters relating to the legal status of the Provider.

In the event of a dispute, the Client is invited to contact Get Known at hello@getknownapp.co to seek an amicable resolution. Failing this, the competent courts shall be those of the place of residence of the consumer Client (France).

Article 12. Amendments to the Terms

Get Known reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Current subscribers will be notified by email at least 30 days before any substantial change. Any amendment takes effect for new subscriptions on the date of publication.
