• Active account data: for the entire duration of the subscription
• Data after cancellation: kept for 3 years from the end of the contractual relationship (to handle potential disputes and legal obligations)
• Accounting data and invoices: 10 years (legal obligation)
• Instagram password and 2FA codes: deleted within 30 days of the end of the service
• Login logs: 12 months

Get Known implements all appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data:

• Encryption of data in transit (HTTPS / TLS)
• Storage of access tokens and secrets in encrypted environment variables
• No storage of banking data at Get Known (handled solely by Stripe)
• Access to data limited to authorised personnel
• Regular backups
